📍 When to Contact the Organizer:
If you can’t attend, or if the event changes significantly, contact the organizer directly via the information in your confirmation email or on the event page.
🛑 When MeetPure Steps In:
MeetPure may intervene and process refunds only in rare cases, such as:
Event cancellation with no refunds from the organizer
Confirmed fraud or misleading event listings
The organizer is unresponsive for more than 7 business days after multiple good-faith attempts by the attendee

💵 What’s Refunded?
When MeetPure processes a refund:
✅ You’ll receive the full ticket price and any applicable taxes
❌ Processing fees paid by the buyer are non-refundable
Processing fees are set by third-party payment providers and cannot be recovered.
💳 Chargebacks = 🚫 Policy Violation
Please do not file a chargeback before reaching out. Filing a chargeback without contacting the organizer or MeetPure:
Violates our platform policies
Will result in account bans
Delays or prevents proper resolution
